Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 8, 2026

ListingStudio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website listingstudio.io and provides custom single-property listing website services for real estate agents. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, brokerage name, agent website URL, property address, listing details, preferred domain name, and any photos or files you upload. We also collect billing information (name and email) for payment processing.

Payment information. Credit card numbers and payment credentials are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We receive only a transaction confirmation and partial card details (such as the last four digits) from Stripe.

Photos and media. You may provide property photos via direct upload or by sharing links to third-party storage services such as Dropbox or Google Drive. When you provide a link, our system accesses only the specific shared folder or files you designate in order to download photos for your listing website. We do not access any other files in your storage accounts.

Automatically collected information. When you visit our website, we may collect standard web server log data including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We use Cloudflare for security and performance, which may collect additional technical data as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to fulfill your order and build your custom listing website, register and configure your preferred domain name, communicate with you about your order status and delivery, send order confirmation and notification emails, process your payment, improve our services and website, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with the following categories of service providers, solely as necessary to deliver our services:

Stripe processes your payment. Their handling of your payment information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

GoDaddy registers your domain name. Domain registration requires providing registrant contact information (name, address, email, phone) to the domain registrar as required by ICANN. We enable WHOIS privacy protection by default to shield your personal details from public WHOIS lookups.

Brevo sends transactional emails (order confirmations and notifications). Your name and email address are shared with Brevo for this purpose.

Cloudflare provides DNS, CDN, and security services for our website and the listing websites we build. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses as described in their privacy policy.

Dropbox — if you share photos via Dropbox, our system accesses the Dropbox API to download photos from the specific shared link you provide. We use a Dropbox application with read-only access scoped to shared links. We do not access, modify, or store any Dropbox account credentials.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4. Domain Registration and WHOIS

When we register a domain on your behalf, ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) requires that accurate registrant contact information be provided. We register all domains with WHOIS privacy protection enabled, which replaces your personal information in public WHOIS records with proxy contact information. However, the underlying registrant data is maintained by the registrar (GoDaddy) and may be disclosed in response to valid legal requests.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your order data, including uploaded photos and order details, is stored on our secure servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, server-side access controls, and Cloudflare security protections.

No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your order data and listing website files for the duration of your hosting period (typically 12 months from the order date) plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. If you are a resident of California, the European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, you may have additional rights including the right to data portability and the right to restrict or object to certain processing.

8. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for functionality. Cloudflare may set security-related cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We do not serve ads on our website.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website and the listing websites we build may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
